and KC Panthers will do battle for the 3rd time this year in round 2
of the AFL playoffs! can the titans pull of the 3-peat over the
panthers and send them back to their den for good on September 11,

Excelsior Springs, Mo: Your 2010 "Midwest Titans" are thinking 3-Peat for the
next few weeks in order to move on to the 3rd RD of the AFL
Playoffs! The Midwest Titans and the KC Panthers will do battle for
the third time this year in RD 2 of the AFL Playoffs on September
11, 2010. With two weeks off because the "Mighty Titans" eared a bye
in the 1st round, they are itching to play! Head Coach Webb stated;
" It does not matter who we play, as long as we execute on every
play and play "Titan" style of football, we should be ok even if we
have to play a team for the third time in one season. The "KC
Panthers" are coming off a round 1 win over the Nebraska Hornets 34 -21
and now will pay a visit to Excelsior Springs, Missouri Tiger
Stadium home of the Midwest Titans on September 11, 2010! Kickoff is
set for 7:00pm! Below is a game day agenda for the Titans and

Titans who finished with a overall 9-1 record and a 2010
Missouri Valley Division Title defeated their cross-town rivals KC
panthers 24-13 this past Saturday night in Excelsior Springs,
Missouri. The
"Mighty Titans"
jump out to a 12-0 lead only to have the much improved KC Panthers
come roaring back to take a 12-13 lead over Titans going into the
4th quarter. With just minutes left in the game, Starting QB Eric
Hoskins (Missouri Western University) found Starting Wideout Demond
Berry (Central Missouri State University) streaking down the
sideline for a beautiful 60 yard TD pass. The 2 point conversation
was no good. The Midwest Titans took back the lead 18-13 with 5:48
left in the game. The Panthers managed to move the ball all the way
down to the Titans 40 yard line. With just 31 seconds left in the
game, the KC Panthers were faced with 3 down and a bunch to go for
the first down following a big sack by the Midwest Titans DL.
Starting QB David Jones for the Panthers drop back to pass and was
Intercepted by DB Brandon Henderson and he return it 90 yards for a
Titans TD with no time left on the clock. Wow, this brought the
largest crowd that had attended a Midwest Titans game this year to
their feet. The Titans defeated the KC Panthers 24-13 in their
final regular season game of the 2010. More game info coming

The Titans Defang the
Venom and secure the
2010 Missouri
Valley Division Title
With a final score
of 27-6 the Midwest Titans defeat the SWMO Venom in Willard MO to
clinch the AFL Missouri Valley Division title.

Titans!!!
The Titans will be
taking on their cross town rival KC Panthers for the second time
this year, next weekend, Aug 14 2010 at Home in Excelsior Springs.
This will be the final game of the 2010 regular season prior to
beginning playoffs.

In
a hard fought battle the Titans blow out the Arkansas War Cats 24 - 0
!!!!!
The
game was called with just over 4 min left to play due to too many
injuries on the field.
The
entire Titans family want to wish the War Cats player who was injured a
quick and speedy recovery and our prayers go out to the Team and his
family.
